There is a problem with a component we are using. Please shutdown and restart your machine, then try to convert again. If the problem persists, please contact QSR support.

Solution:

If the project is a standalone Mac file (not in Collaboration Cloud)

• Import the Mac project into a blank project on the Mac device to address project file corruption

If the project is connected to Collaboration Cloud

• Restart your device to address the error.
