Upload, Transcribe, and Review Audio and Video Files

 

Overview

This article outlines the steps for uploading, transcribing and reviewing the source data in NVivo AI Cloud.

 

Step by Step Instructions:

 

1. Upload the audio or video file to the Data area.
2. Select the language to be transcribed and click Transcribe.
3. When transcription is complete, click Needs review.
4. Review the transcript and correct any errors.
5. Replace generic speaker labels such as Speaker 1 with speaker names as needed.
6. Click Mark as reviewed when you have finished.

Transcription converts recordings into text that you can read, edit, and code.
