Managing Codes in the AI Cloud Codebook

The Codebook contains your hierarchical coding structure.

You can do the following in your codebook:

• Create codes
• Rename codes
• Change code colors
• Revise code definitions
• Create child codes
• Merge codes
• Summarize coded excerpts
• Export coded evidence
• Delete codes.

NOTE:

1. The codebook supports up to four levels of nesting
2. Code names must be unique within a project regardless of capitalization.
3. You can export the codebook as CSV or DOCX.
