License Key:

If you can't locate your license key but you know for sure you were sent one, you can reach out to the NVivo Support Team for assistance.

1. Check the partial license key info in NVivo (the last 5 characters will not be viewable):
   1. On Windows: click File > Product Info > About NVivo
   2. On Mac: click NVivo > About NVivo  (in the top left Mac menu)
   3. Click the Find Answers option on the Lumivero Support Home Page

Once the Lumi AI assistant has connected and asked how they can help, tell them to create a case for you and include your details above. You will receive an email case confirmation and an analyst will reach out to you.
