How to Change or Reset Your NVivo Password in MyLumivero

1. Go to the myLumivero portal
2. Click on ‘Forgot password?’
3. Enter your email again and click on ‘Send verification code’
4. Enter the verification code sent to your email address.
5. Click ‘Verify code’ then ‘Continue’
6. Enter a new password then click ‘Continue’

If a profile with the email address you provided doesn’t exist, you will be notified when verifying the code that ‘An account could not be found for the provided user ID’.
