Sometimes during Self-Guided Onboarding, you may want to reach out to someone to discuss questions you may have about how Experiential Learning Cloud works.  Lumivero has Experiential Learning Cloud Product Coaches who are able to assist you.

Purpose of this Document

In this article you will learn about ways to connect with a Product Coach during Self-Guided Onboarding.

Email

If you are currently in the coaching phase of onboarding and have been assigned a specific Product Coach you will be able to communicate with them via email. You can send your Product Coach emails regarding the learning modules, quizzes, or application tasks, or if you have any questions that come up during coaching.

Help Desk

If you are currently in the coaching phase of onboarding and have not been assigned a specific Product Coach, please send your questions to our Product Coaching team using the ?Help button in your Experiential Learning Cloud account. Please be sure to include what learning module or task you are working on and any screenshots that may be helpful.
