From newly onboarding to going live and managing your own Experiential Learning Cloud database, there are a few different spaces you will utilize to accomplish various tasks. Keep reading to learn more about where and when to visit these different spaces for tasks you need to complete!

Phase 1: Implementation

During the Implementation Phase of onboarding, you will have tasks to complete to gather the required data to build out your Experiential Learning Cloud database.

• Experiential Learning Cloud: Register your Experiential Learning Cloud account and access Module 0 to learn more about the data your Implementation Specialist will have you gather. This includes information to understand what you can do with forms, imports, site processes, and more.
  • Submit service requests of the forms you'd like built in your database.
• SharePoint: Your program’s SharePoint folder will house all of the additional tasks that need to be completed during Implementation. This includes:
  • Uploading copies of your timesheets
  • Completing your import spreadsheet
•  Lumivero Community: Create your Lumivero Community account to gain access to submit New Form Requests for the forms you will have Experiential Learning Cloud build during your implementation.

Phase 2: Product Coaching

During the Coaching Phase of onboarding, you will have learning modules and hands-on tasks to complete to learn how to manage your Experiential Learning Cloud database.

• Experiential Learning Cloud: Access on-demand Learning Modules that will teach you and any other admin-level users about the features and functionality of Experiential Learning Cloud.
• SharePoint: Your program’s SharePoint folder will also house tasks that need to be completed during Product Coaching. This includes:
  • Your Product Coaching Task Checklist, which will assist in keeping you on track with the learning modules and guided practice tasks to be completed throughout coaching.

After Onboarding

After completing onboarding, you will no longer need to use your SharePoint site. Instead, everything you will need to access can be done directly through the Help button in your Experiential Learning Cloud account.

• Lumivero Community: The Lumivero Community account that you created during Implementation will be useful post-onboarding. Using the Help button in your  Experiential Learning Cloud account, you will continue to use this account to reach out to our support teams when you need to:
  • Submit Service Requests (for new forms, new tracks, etc.)
  • Submit Support Requests (for technical assistance)
• Experiential Learning Cloud Learning Space and Knowledge Base: After completing onboarding, you will still have access to your on-demand learning modules that you can go back and reference at any time.
  • You can also access the Experiential Learning Cloud Knowledge Base to find additional help resources.
• Lumivero Community: Join the Experiential Learning Cloud space within the Lumivero Community to connect with program admins from other programs also using Experiential Learning Cloud to collaborate and ask questions.
