ERROR:

Processing response – {50019,41141,,22}

Issue
You see this error when loading a license response file during activation, deactivation, or another licensing operation.

Cause
In almost all cases, the wrong file was submitted.

Solution
Check each of the following carefully:

• Confirm it is a response file
  After clicking Load Response File, be sure you selected the response file, not the request file.
  The filename should include the word response.

• Verify you are using the correct response file
  If you sent a request file to Technical Support, open their reply email and use the response file attached to that message.

• Make sure the file is current
  Right-click the response file, choose Properties, and check the date and time.
  You must use the most recent response file you received. Older files will cause this error.

• Match the file to the operation
  A response file created for one licensing action cannot be reused for a different action.
