Overview

When completing documents in the assignments environment, they will need to be submitted in order for them to be marked as complete.

Re-Submitting an Assignment

Recommendation: Resubmit assignments that are routed to the wrong person rather than starting over.

1. Go to your Assignments workspace.
2. Select the assignment you want to re-submit.
3. Click the Submit button again.
4. Follow steps 3-7 for submitting an assignment, this time selecting the correct users to submit to.
   1. You can re-submit the form to users who haven’t signed or reviewed it. Once they do, a green checkmark appears and the field can’t be changed for that user.
5. Once you have re-submitted the assignment, the status of the assignment Waiting On should reflect the new user you submitted it to.

NOTE: If you need to resubmit a report to a new signer, you will need to select Start Over to generate a new report.
