RISK Platform Server Manager Does Not Start

 

Issue

Palisade Server Manager does not run when you click Start.

Possible Causes and Solutions

1. Upgrading an existing server to a later version

• Perform a full uninstallation of the server software, then reinstall it.

• Alternatively, move your license to another server.

• If the problem persists, contact Tech Support via the Lumivero Community Home Page → Submit a Case form.

2. Server Manager installed on a non-default drive

• If installed on a drive other than C:\, perform a DTS: Clean Uninstall/Reinstall and reinstall the software on C:\.

3. Server Manager running as Local Service

• Open Services.msc

• Locate the License Service → Log On tab

• Change from Local Service to Local System account

4. TCP/IPv6 Enabled

• Disable TCP/IPv6 on the server
