When to Send Communications to All Active Supervisors

If you need to:

• Communicate updates to all supervisors currently working with students from your program, follow the process described below. 
• Communicate with supervisors of students from one class or cohort, you can contact them via the assignments workspace. 
• Communicate with all supervisors in your Experiential Learning Cloud database, whether or not they are currently supervising a student, you can do so using the Recipient Groups feature in the communications hub.

How to Send Communications to All Active Supervisors

1. Navigate to the Program Management | Supervision environment.
2. Navigate to the Site Placements workspace.
3. You will see three tabs on the top of the screen. Select the tab labeled: Placement Information.
4. Click the mailbox on the right side of the screen
5. You will have the option to send a message via Experiential Learning Cloud or via email
   • Selecting "Send message via Experiential Learning Cloud" will open a message in your communications hub with all approved supervisors listed as recipients of the message. 
   • Selecting "Send message via email" will open your default email client and populate an email template with the email addresses of all approved supervisors.
