Add or Suggest a Site and Supervisor

Overview

If your program allows site/supervisor selection in Experiential Learning Cloud, wait until you’ve interviewed and accepted an offer before starting.

This step finalizes paperwork and notifies your program of your site and supervisor. Note: placements may be denied if site or supervisor doesn’t meet requirements.

How to Select or Suggest a Site and Supervisor

• Click Select Site to view available sites.

• Browse and/or favorite sites for later review.

• Apply/interview outside the system, then return once you’ve accepted an offer.

• Click Start next to your site, or select Suggest a Site if not listed.

• When suggesting, review possible matches before selecting My site is not listed.

• A task list will appear; delegate or complete tasks as required. Forms sent to unregistered users must be emailed for completion. Task statuses update automatically.

Once the site is approved, click Select Supervisor:

• • Choose from listed approved supervisors and click Start.

  • If not listed, click Suggest Supervisor, review matches, then confirm with I’m Ready.

  • Complete or delegate tasks; provide the supervisor’s email if new.

  • Task statuses update as they are submitted, signed, or corrected.
