@RISK Developer's Kit: RDK Deployment on Citrix/Terminal Services
Deploying an application requires a network license type of the RDK Server Edition, which is a special license type compatible with Citrix. This license type comes with a specified maximum number of concurrent users, or it can be generated for an unlimited number of users. Please see the instructions attached to the page: https://community.lumivero.com/s/article/rdk-deployment-on-citrixterminal-services (they will work on other versions of Windows) If you are running another edition of the RDK on the target machine, you will need to uninstall it.
