When to Set Site Documents as Visible

If you have documents like a pamphlet or brochure about a site or agency that you would like students to be able to view.

In order to utilize this feature, enable the Browse Sites feature for students

How to Set Site Documents as Visible for Students

Go to the Site Management workspace OR Program Setup|Admin environment|Sites tab to get started.
Open the site record
Click the (+) to add a new document.
Select File.
Upload the document you want students to see.
Select the document type.
- The Site Notes (public) document type will be used most to share files about the site with students.

7. Select your program, and the document will then be available for students to view.

Students will not be able to see the documents unless the document type is public AND the document is added to a specific site or agency.

The Private vs. Public settings on a document determine whether students are able to see it.

Authorized site representatives will be able to view all documents within their site's record.
