Answer

Problem

You can perform online searches in your library, but it's not available for location search.

Solution

The Find library location feature requires that the library support searching by ISBN. Unfortunately, not all libraries can do this, so those will not appear for location search.

Other library catalogues allow a search by ISBN, however, in the exported results, this information is missing. If your university uses a link resolver, you can check availability via Citavi. More information can be found in the manual.
