Experiential Learning Cloud Invoicing Structure: Experiential Learning Cloud invoices on the 1st and 15th of each month for any registered student accounts. 

1. Upload Students: Via an import, Via manual entry, or Via LTI integration 

 2. Drop Withdrawn Students: Upon students registering, program admins may drop their students if they will not be continuing in the program.  

3. Invoice Program: Programs will be invoiced on the 1st and 15th of each month. 

 Example: Any students who register within the most recent invoicing period will appear on the invoices generated on the 1st and 15th of each month. 

 

FAQ

What if a student registers in error or drops my program after registering?

Program admins are responsible for dropping students who will not be continuing in the program. If students are dropped between their registration date and the next invoicing date (1st or 15th of the month), they will not appear on the statement. If they are dropped outside of that timeframe, they will appear on your invoice, but you can contact the Lumivero Accounting Team to reconcile any payments for students who will not be using Experiential Learning Cloud. 

 

Who is my invoice sent to?

Your invoice will be sent to the billing contact identified in your contract. Your Account Manager knows who that is and can verify/change the contact if necessary.

 

How long do I have to pay my invoice?
