Overview

Supervisors can review and comment on video assessment assignments. They can view the video assignments in the tasks for the student they supervise, or they can access the video through a notification in the Communication Hub.

How To Review and Comment on a Video Assignment

 

1. You will receive the task to review and comment on your supervisee’s video through the Communications Hub or as a notification on the Tasks under your Supervisee on the home page. Click on the task sent by your supervisee.
2. The task will indicate who the video was sent by and will include the video that you can review and comment on.
3. Click on the attached video and begin reviewing and commenting. You can pause the video at any point and type your comments. Your comments will be timestamped based on where you are currently at in the video.
4. Once you have finished adding comments you will click on Submit. Any user can go back and edit their own comments until the assignment is completed and locked.
   
   

Supervisors may request changes before reviewing/commenting on a video.

• The request-changes workflow works the same as for other assignments.
