Overview

Experiential Learning Cloud offers several field placement reports to help administrators and faculty track student placements, supervision, and site associations. These reports can be filtered and exported in Excel, CSV, or Tab Separated formats.

801 – Student Supervisor Qualifications Report

Shows which students are supervised by which supervisors at a given site, including supervisor credentials if mapped. Use this report to view placements, supervisors, and contact information.

Access: Program Administrators (all students) | Faculty (students in classes/programs they supervise)

Filters:

• Date Range: Optional. Shows active supervision relationships within the selected range.

• Programs: Required. Defaults to your program.

• Groups: Optional. Filter by specific student groups.

• Sites: Required. Default is ALL, but specific sites can be selected.

• Include inactive/expired associations: Optional. Shows inactive or previously expired supervision rules.

• Format: Default Excel; can select CSV or Tab Separated Text.

802 – Staff & Students Associated with Site Report

Generates a list of sites and associated staff/students, including emails. Optional inclusion of inactive sites and site addresses.

Access: Program Administrators | Faculty

Filters:

• Format: Excel (default), CSV, or Tab Separated Text

• Date Range: Optional, shows associations active during the range

• Programs: Filter sites by program

• Sites: Select ALL or specific sites

• Include inactive sites – Optional

• Include site addresses – Optional

• Sort by: Program or site

803 – Site Application Status

Shows where students are in the site placement process, including sites, supervisors, task status, and approval status.

Filters:

• Programs: Defaults to your program (single-select)

• Site Process: Required, select one placement process

• Program Classification: Optional, filter students by classification

• Groups: Optional, filter by group

• Site Application Status: Required, or select ALL

• Include inactive students: Optional

• Date Range: Optional, filters by status dates

• Format: Default Excel; CSV or Tab Separated Text available

804 – Student Placement Information Report

Exports student placement details, including sites, start/end dates, supervisors, and groups. Optional inclusion of inactive/expired associations, parent sites, site addresses, task supervisors, and field liaisons.

Access: Program Administrators | Faculty

Filters:

• Date Range: Optional, shows active associations in range

• Programs: Required, defaults to your program

• Groups: Optional, filter by student group

• Display Student Groups in Spreadsheet: Optional

• Sites: ALL or specific sites

• Include inactive/expired site associations: Optional

• Display Parent Sites: Optional

• Display Site Addresses: Optional

• Display Task Supervisors: Optional, requires task supervisor supervision type

• Display Field Liaisons: Optional, requires field liaison supervision type

• Format: Default Excel; CSV or Tab Separated Text available
