Experiential Learning Cloud: Adding & Removing a Signature

To sign a document: click the yellow **Sign here** flag, then choose **Password** or **Mouse/Tablet** to sign, and click **Sign** to save. To remove a signature: click the trash can icon next to it, confirm, and the signature will be deleted (permissions required).

Applying/Removing Signatures from a Document

Background

Signatures are found either within a form or at the end of the document.

Important: You must complete all required fields prior to signing a form.

Sign a Document

From within a form, click the Sign here yellow flag on a signature line.
A box will open with signing options:

Sign with your Password

Click the text icon to sign with your password.
1. Enter your login password.
  - Click x to cancel.
2. Click sign button to save the signature.

Sign with a Mouse or Tablet

Click the pencil icon to sign with mouse or tablet.
- Use your mouse or finger to write your name in the box provided.
  - Click clear to start over.
  - Click the expand icon to enlarge the signing box.
  - Click x to cancel.
- Click sign to save the signature.

Note: To add, remove, or update signature permissions, submit a ticket to our support team.

Remove a Signature

Signatures lock content in a document so it cannot be edited anymore. If you need to make a change to a form, this will require you to remove the signature(s) from the form. Removing a signature is permissions-based. Depending on your permissions, you may have permission only to remove your own signature.

Click on the trash can icon next to the signature.
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your choice.
Click Yes.
- The signature will be removed.
