Technical Support

Lumivero provides technical support for the current version of NVivo only.

• If you're on an older version, you can purchase the latest version than fix the older version directly. Purchase anytime from the Lumivero Shop Page.
• Analyst support (usage questions, best practices, etc.) is available for the current version plus the previous two versions, through the Lumivero Community Home Page.

Operating System Support

NVivo supports whichever Windows and macOS versions are currently supported by Microsoft and Apple.

The exception: if either company makes an architectural change that NVivo's own architecture can't support, we'll no longer be able to support that OS version.
