Will show/hide a specific topic in a question

Parameters

The following is a list of parameters the functions receives

inQIdx	Int32	Index of the Question
inShow	bool	True/False to show/hide the topic
inTopicIdx	Int32	Index of the topic

Example

"stgSetTopicVisible(2, true, 1)" will show topic 1 in question index 2
