How To Write Functions that can be used by Multiple Surveys in your Organization

Overview

During your work process you may notice that you have functions that you use in more than one survey. In this How – to we will show how to write a function that can be called from any survey in your organization, unlike writing a function in the Advanced Script of a survey which can be used throghout the specific survey.

Writing Functions

Step 1:

Enter The Library Node in the tree

Step 2:

Enter the Organization script – Android

Step 3:

Write the function that you plan to reuse.

You can also add documentation to your function so that it appears in the Auto-complete feature. To do this, enclose the documentation within /*!! and !!*/ comment markers.

When the function is complete, it will be available to all surveys:
