How To Set the Minimum Time To Spend on a Question

Overview

In some cases you may need to ensure that the surveyor has read the entire question text or answers before allowing him to continue to the next question.

For this purpose you can use the Minimum time feature.

How to set the minimum time:

The Minimum time can be set through the question advanced tab under the Minimum Time section:

Hide minimum-time countdown banner – True will show the countdown banner and False will hide it.

Minimum time required on question (sec) – The actual time you would like the surveyor to spend on the question before allowing him to go forward in seconds.

Show forward button when minimum time has not yet elapsed - False will show the forward button and True will hide it.
