How To Repeat Headers of a Table in a Single Choice Grid or Multiple Selection Grid Question

How to Repeat Headers in Grid Questions

Overview

This article explains how to repeat column headers in Single Choice Grid and Multi-Selection Grid questions.

Repeating headers is especially useful when working with grid questions that contain a large number of topics. As respondents scroll through a long list of rows, repeated headers help maintain context and make the grid easier to read and understand.

With this feature, you can configure the grid to automatically repeat the column headers after a specified number of topic rows, improving usability and reducing respondent confusion when completing lengthy grids.

To repeat headers in your grid do:

1. Click on the Topic tab.

2. Enter the number of rows that you want to repeat the headers.

3.  NOTE: The PC Surveyor App supports this capability from version 1.32.251.0 and onward. You will see this on the Android devices.
