Can't View Forms in Sonia Online

If a Sonia Online user reports not being able to view placement forms in Sonia Online, it could be due to one of two reasons:

1. The form was not assigned correctly.
2. The allocations/placements have not been finalized.

Assigning forms correctly

All forms about a student in their placement, regardless of which role is responsible for completing the form, must be assigned on the role of allocated student. This ensures everyone with the appropriate permissions will be able to view/action the form. Though all applicable roles will have access to the form in Sonia Online, the form will be stored on the student's record in the Sonia client.

Finalizing allocations

Once placements have been finalized, and the Placement team is ready for everyone to know about the placements they are involved in, go to Placement Group module > Select the Placement Group > Details page, and tick the "allocations finalized to..." boxes in order for students, mentors, and supervisors to be able to view placement information and forms from this placement group.

NOTE: Ticking those boxes does not send any automated communication to anyone unless they are connected to Workflows.
