Contacts in SharpCloud

Overview

Managing contacts in SharpCloud allows you to easily select and collaborate with other users when sharing stories or assigning access.

Users are automatically added to your contacts when you share a story with them or when they share a story with you.

You can also manually add contacts if needed, although it is recommended to invite users through the Share Story screen so they can immediately engage with your content.

Adding a Contact

To manually add a contact:

1. Click your profile picture to open the User Profile menu
2. Select Contacts
3. Enter the email address of the person you want to add

If the user is not yet a SharpCloud member, you will be prompted to invite them to join the platform.
