DTS Download Link in Email Doesn't Work

Error 

'The link on which you clicked may have expired or is invalid.'

 

Cause:

Links to licenses for DTS have an expiration for security purposes.

 

Solution:

If you purchased DTS directly, log into my.lumivero.com to access your download and license information.

If DTS was purchased on your behalf, the purchaser needs to assign you to the license in the MyLumivero portal. Reach out to your IT Help Desk or the purchaser of the software for further assistance.
