@RISK/DTS Error: INVALID ACTIVATION ID (Client and Server Manager)

“INVALID ACTIVATION ID” means a typo, or DTS client/Server Manager version mismatch. Update client and server, verify ID, then reactivate.

Error:

INVALID ACTIVATION ID when activating the @RISK/DTS Client software.

An error in the Activation ID.
The DTS client version running on the device is not compatible with the new activation ID.
The Server Manager version is not compatible with the new activation ID.

There is a type-o in the Activation ID. Double-check it to make sure it's accurate.
The client software needs to be updated to the latest version of DTS.
1. You can download the latest version in the Download area of your account from my.lumivero.com
The Server Manager needs to be updated to the latest version.
1. Open the current version, and click on Stop Service.
2. Download and run the new installer from my.lumivero.com
3. After the update has completed,launch the Server Manager, navigate to the Legacy Licenses tab, and click on Start Service.
4. Navigate to the Licenses tab, make sure the service is running there and click on Activate to activate the new license.
5. Activate the client software with the new .ini file.
