Issue

If a student has confirmed their graduation status prior to completing all assignments, their association with your program will end along with their association with their site, site supervisor, and any classes they are currently a part of. They will be unable to complete the remainder of their assignments or submit documents to their site supervisor unless they are transitioned back to the student status.

Reset a student's role and program

1. Go to the Program Management | Staff & Students environment
2. Clear all filters by selecting Clear Filter in the upper right corner of the table 
3. Search for the student 
4. Go to the Programs tab in the student's record
5. Click the Hide Inactive/Expire toggle 
6. Select your program's name
7. Remove the end date by clicking it. Delete the date and click OK to save your changes
8. Delete the Alumni program from their list of programs
9. Next, go to the Sites tab
10.  Click the Hide Inactive/Expire toggle  
11. Click on the student's placement site
12. Remove the end date by clicking it. Delete the date and click OK to save your changes
13. Next, go to the Groups (or Classes) tab 
14. Click the Hide Inactive/Expired toggle  
15. Click on any classes the student still needs access to
16. Remove the end date by clicking it. Delete the date and click OK to save your changes
17. Then, go to the Supervision Rules tab 
18. Click the Hide Inactive/Expired toggle at the top of the box. 
19. Click on the student's supervisor's name
20. Remove the end date by clicking it. Delete the date and click OK to save your changes
21. Finally, go to the Roles and Tags tab
22. Click the Hide Inactive/Expired toggle  
23. Click the student role 
24. Remove the end date by clicking it. Delete the date and click OK to save your changes
25. Delete the alumni role from their list of roles 
26. Delete their graduation date, or set it to a date after which the student will no longer need access to their assignments
    • If you delete the graduation date, inform the student so that they can reset the graduation date for a future date after they have finished their assignments
