Making Self Service Changes for Online Purchases

Background

A new Self-service feature is available in the Lumivero Customer Hub as of xx/2026 letting online purchase customers amend their own subscriptions.

 

Self-Service Options Available

1. Add seats to products already purchased under an existing subscription
2. Add add-ons linked to products under an existing subscription

How to use the Self-Service

1. Go to My Purchases section of the Customer Hub.
2. On every supported subscription, you can select to update your license quantities or purchase available application add-ons.
   1. Note: Some add-ons are a one-time change rather than recurring if the subscription is renewed. This is by design.
   2. When selecting a one-time add-on, you will see a "Cart will reset" confirmation pop-up. 
   3. After confirming, the cart will contain only the one-time product and it will be processed as a separate transaction from the original purchase.
3. Clicking Next brings you to the billing information, where you can update the address associated with your account (if needed).
4. Clicking Continue to Payment allows you to update the credit card attached to the original subscription.
5. Clicking Next opens the Confirm & Pay page.
   1. This page provides two distinct amounts:
      1. Total Due Today (pro-rated), covering only the remaining time in the current billing period.
      2. Next Renewal Total, showing the full price that will be charged at the next renewal with the new quantities applied (if not a one time add-on).
6. Once paid, you should see a confirmation message that the additional licenses and/or add-on purchase is complete.
