Answer

Auto Renewal Expired

Applies to:

All Lumivero Products

Problem:

My auto-renewal has expired and I didn't receive a new code.

Solution Details:

If your subscription is auto-renew eligible and it doesn't require a PO for the organization to pay the invoice, you will receive the new license key(s) 30 days ahead of their renewal.

If you are auto-renew eligible but do require a PO, you will receive a license key around their renewal due date unless a PO is required prior.

If you are not auto-renew eligible, you need to work with your Lumivero renewal manager to return a signed order schedule before their licenses can be provisioned

The renewal date can be reviewed with the Renewals team if you provide your contract ID or subscription number.
