Sonia: Placement Officer Interviews

Sonia's Interview feature allows students to book time with Placement Officers.

1. Go to Online → Placement officer interviews.

2. Set the interview period and max interviews per student (e.g., 1 per 45 days).

3. Tick “Days before…” to allow advance booking/cancellation.

4. Click Apply to save.

Enable Interview Notifications

1. Go to School Options → Notifications → Placement officer.

2. Tick “student interview selected” and ensure [NotificationText] is in the message.

3. Click OK to save.

4. Go to File → Subscriptions and tick “student interview selected”.
