NVivo Error:  Invalid Plugin Signature

 

Solution:

Please use the steps below to fix the error:

1. Go to the folder C:\Users\[yourusername]\AppData\Roaming\QSR_International\PlatformsIdentity
2. Delete picd.dat from within the PlatformsIdentity folder.
3. Launch NVivo again
