Creating a Manual Link for Site Placement Tasks


                        
In your Site Placement workspace

1. Select the step tile you need paperwork completed for.
2. Expand the task using the plus icon to the left.
3. Click the Resubmit button.*
   • *This button will only appear after you've submitted the task within Experiential Learning Cloud.

4. Select 'Send Manually'. 
5. Click the 'Create Link' button.

6. The link will then appear! You can highlight and copy it, or click 'Copy to Clipboard'. If you select 'Use your email program', this will open the email linked to your Experiential Learning Cloud account. Send the link you just created directly to your Supervisor so they can access and complete it.

How to Send a Reminder
In your Site Placement workspace

1. Select the site you need to complete the paperwork for.
2. Expand the task using the plus icon to the left.
3. Click the 'Resubmit' button.
4. Select the 'Send a reminder' button.
5. Click 'Yes'.
6. A reminder will then be sent to the email you previously entered.
