I Can't Activate NVivo and I don't see the license in MyLumivero
I have just purchased NVivo and have not received my license key

Background

When making a purchase, a license is not automatically provisioned to a subscription. For security purposes, Lumivero sends an email to purchasing customers with a button to "Retrieve my License"

Solutions

If you received the email, click on the Retrieve my license button to provision the license to your subscription account.

If you haven't received the email or are unable to locate it, you should be asked to enter your myNVivo username and password when you launch the software. This will automatically activate NVivo.

If neither of these solutions work and you still need assistance, you can ask the Lumivero chatbot to create a case for you & our support team will get back to you.
