Editing or Removing a Preference

1. Finding the Preferences 

1. 1. Open the student’s profile

   2. Click the Placements button 

   3. Double-click on the placement group in which the student entered preferences 

 

d. A new tab will open on the student’s profile to reflect that placement group

e. Click the Preferences button 

1. 1. 1. The number of Preference boxes you see will depend on the max number of preferences set for the placement group

      2. If a student has already been allocated to one of their preferences, you cannot edit or remove that one 

 

 

2. Editing the Preference 

1. 1. Select the Preference you would like to edit 

   2. Click the edit pencil at the right 

   3. Select a site from the dropdown list. This list includes all of the available placement requests in the placement group 

   4. Click Save 

 

3. Removing a Preference 

1. 1. Select the Preference you would like to remove 

   2. Click the red minus icon at the right 

   3. Click Save
