Scenario: When activating a network license on a server, you encounter the error messages below through either automatic activation or manual activation.

Solutions:

1. Disable the proxy on the server temporarily. Once the proxy has been disabled you can activate the license, and then re-enable the proxy.
2. If disabling the proxy fails, uninstall the @RISK Platform Server Manager. Before reinstalling, recreate the DTS License Service manually, giving permission to "Allow service to interact with desktop". Reinstall the server manager and continue to activate the license as normal.
