Sonia Online User Cannot Sign In

Troubleshooting Steps for Users

• Ask if they are selecting the correct role 

  • The default role for Sonia Online is Student. If another role is attempting to log in, they need to specifically change the Role to that which is applicable for them.
  • 

• Look at their profile in the Sonia Client to see if they have a username 

• Ensure their username does not include an extra space at the beginning or the end (causing the system to not recognize it).
