XLSTAT: Add or remove user license access with a MyLumivero Organization account

Prerequisite:

You first need to create a MyLumivero Organization account and own a valid license.

Add user license access

• From your MyLumivero account, go to Licenses. If a license is available for your Organization, it will be displayed in a dedicated section, showing useful information such as the license key, expiration date, and the number of available and assigned seats for each license.

• You can manage assignments using the corresponding option (bottom right).

• A dedicated window will appear, where you can enter one or more email addresses to assign one of the available seats for the corresponding license. For example, if the license is valid for 5 seats, you can assign 1 seat to each of the 2 specified email owners.

• After submitting, the assignment count and list will update.

Note: If needed, the list of assignments can be downloaded in CSV format using the Download option.

• On the user side, the corresponding email owner will receive an email to retrieve the license.

• The user then simply needs to click the Retrieve my license button and activate it in XLSTAT.

Remove user license access

• From the same Manage Assignment window, assignments can be individually revoked using the Unassign option.
