XLSTAT: Invite users to a MyLumivero Organization account

Once you have created a MyLumivero Organization account, the first step is to send an invitation to the people who will be using XLSTAT.

Inviting users (Organization owner side)

• From your MyLumivero account, go to your Profile (top left) and click Manage Organization:

• Enter the recipient’s email, assign their role(s), and send the invitation using the Add member option.

• A confirmation popup will appear once the invitation has been sent.

• While waiting for the user to accept, you can view the list of members and their corresponding status in the Manage Organization view.

Accepting an invitation (user side)

• The invited user will receive an email with the invitation to join a MyLumivero Organization.

• Clicking the Join Organization button will redirect them to a page where the Get started option will allow them to:

  • Create a new MyLumivero account (if they don’t already have one), or

  • Use their existing account to accept the invitation.

• Once the process is complete, a confirmation screen will appear.

Managing users after they join (Organization Owner View)

Once the invited user has accepted the invitation:

• Their status will automatically update in the Organization Owner’s Manage Organization dashboard.

• The Organization Owner can then edit each user’s role(s) using the available management options (e.g., assigning admin permissions, changing access levels, or removing members).
