Sonia Forms – Exporting Documents

 

Overview

Documents that have been collected in a form can be exported from all submitted forms at once.

 

Background

This article assumes the form includes at least one field that requires a document upload.

 

 

The Respondent Page on a form window lists everyone who has been assigned the form.

 

 

Column filters let you quickly narrow results or find a specific person’s form.

 

Process

1. Select the rows indicating the form has been completed (e.g., 2 of 2 completion status)
2. Click the folder icon at the right. A dialog box will open.

3. From the dropdown, select the Document field from the form

4. Click the white paper icon to select a “save to” location on your machine > OK

5. These documents will be exported as a folder to the destination location with individual file names in this format: [StudentName] – [DocumentName]
