Users outside of Experiential Learning Cloud taken to a blank page/ prompted to login

Solutions:

1.  Do not use a mobile device. Use a laptop or desktop. 

2. Do not use Internet Explorer. Chrome or Firefox are the best options for browsers.

3. If using a public internet connection, make sure your connection is secure and the firewalls are not blocking Experiential Learning Cloud.

   • If you think they may be, ask your IT department to whitelist Experiential Learning Cloud. Internet provided in government buildings, schools,  hospitals, and prisons often have firewalls that block it.
