@Risk Error: "An exception of unknown type has occurred."
If the error occurs with one workbook, please send it to the DTS Support Team by logging into the Lumivero Community and clicking on the Submit a Case button. If you also get the error with other workbooks, it is likely a configuration problem. If you have manually added any of our libraries or toolbars to Excel: remove them close Excel run @RISK by going to the Windows Start button-> Programs or All Programs->DecisionTools->@RISK for Excel.
