PrecisionTree Error: #VALUE for all Numbers in New Tree

Answer:

This usually happens because Excel is set to Manual Calculation.

Trees and branch values don’t update automatically in Manual mode.

Press F9 to recalc or set Excel to Automatic Calculation via Formulas » Calculation Options.

Excel can silently change calculation mode:

The first workbook opened in a session can force Manual mode for all others, and saved workbooks store the calculation setting.

Always check the mode after opening workbooks and before editing your tree, and save workbooks after switching to Automatic if desired.
