Add the Palisade folder as a trusted location: Excel Options → Trust Center → Trust Center Settings → Trusted Locations → Add new location. Browse to the Palisade folder (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Palisade or C:\Program Files\Palisade), check “Subfolders of this location are also trusted”, and click OK. Remove outdated Office references from the system registry. An Excel add-in or macro workbook may be conflicting with @RISK. Disable all add-ins, then re-enable them one at a time to identify the source. See Find and Fix Startup Conflicts (Excel 2007–2016) for detailed steps.
