Summing simulated values across iterations

@RISK does not include a RiskSum( ) function, but you can compute the total of all simulated values in a cell using a couple of supported methods.

Method 1 (simplest, @RISK 6.0 and Up):

• Multiply the simulated mean by the number of iterations, using RiskSimulationInfo( ).
  Total = RiskMean(A1) * RiskSimulationInfo(rsiIterations)

Method 2 (most transparent):

• Use RiskData( ) to place all iteration values into worksheet cells, then use Excel’s SUM( ).
  • This uses more space and requires fixing the max number of iterations in advance.
