Sharing @RISK Results with someone who has Excel but not @RISK

• In @RISK 7.x and Up,
  • Click "Swap Out @RISK" in the ribbon.
  • This replaces @RISK functions with static numbers.
  • @RISK will offer to
    • embed thumbnail graphs of functions
    • set color cells to show inputs and outputs
    • add a new worksheet that summarizes all @RISK functions with statistics and graphs.
• In @RISK 6.x,
  • Click Utilities
  • Click Swap Out Functions.

After you swap out functions, the @RISK functions are all replaced with numbers. 

• • Save your workbook, and your colleague can view it in Excel with no need for other software.
  • When you reopen the workbook, the functions should be swapped back in automatically.

Swap Options

By default, @RISK will replace functions with the displayed static values of the functions.

• When you request the swap, you can open the Swap Options dialog to override this.
• In Swap Options, you can specify:
  •  expected values
  • most likely values (mode)'
  • a percentile for all functions that don't have RiskStatic property functions defined.
