@RISK: Ribbon Grayed Out
Cause: This can happen in Excel 2007 or later, and it's due to a bug in Excel's handling of dynamic ribbons. Workaround: Go to Help » About @RISK (TopRank, BigPicture) The ribbon will be restored.
