Choose a Site Process Workflow

Three commonly used site process workflows are: 

• Student-Driven Site Placement Process
• Guided Site Placement Process
• Assigned Site Placement Process

1. Student-Driven Site Placement Process:

Empowers students to select placement sites and supervisors while notifying you and completing required paperwork.

Pre-Application Tasks

• • Students complete tasks to demonstrate readiness and share placement goals.

Site Selection

• • Choose from pre-approved sites or suggest new sites (additional tasks required for new sites).

Supervisor Selection

• • Choose or suggest a supervisor (additional tasks required for new supervisors).

2. Guided Site Placement Process:

Pre-Application Tasks

Site Preference Submission

1. 1. Students rank approved sites by preference.

   2. You review preferences and site openings.

   3. Approve or deny sites; students apply to approved sites.

Site Application

• • Students complete placement paperwork for approved sites.

Supervisor Selection

• • Students select or suggest supervisors; additional tasks ensure qualifications.

3. Assigned Site Placement
