Why don't you support Windows or Office Insider builds?
Microsoft Windows and the Office Insider programs release pre-release builds frequently, sometimes multiple per week. DecisionTools Suite (DTS) cannot be tested on these builds before release, and updates have occasionally caused DTS add-ins to fail. This affects all Office add-ins, not just DTS.

We cannot support or troubleshoot issues caused by Insider builds. Often, problems are fixed in subsequent Insider updates. If you report an issue while on an Insider build, support may provide known solutions, but if they don’t work, we cannot continue troubleshooting. In such cases, submit feedback to Microsoft and consider reverting to monthly production releases.

How can I tell if I'm an Office Insider?

You are an Office Insider if:

• You have the current version of Office
• When you click File » Account, the product Information column references Office 365 or an upcoming version.
• An Office Insider button appears at the bottom of the column
  • When you click it, "Join Office Insider" does not appear in the drop-down list.

See the attached screen shot.

What can I do if I'm in the Office Insider program and don't want to be?

On Excel's File » Account page, click the Office Insider button and you should be able to change your level or leave the program.
